Builder is a bounded capability—not host access.

The designed capability can create and test files inside an isolated tenant workspace with explicit limits and audit evidence.

What the boundary is designed to allow

  • Versioned filesystem, build, test, local browser, local Git, artifact, and offline package tasks.
  • Bounded CPU, memory, disk, process, duration, output, and concurrency.
  • Recoverable tenant and Agent workspace snapshots.

What it does not grant

  • No host shell, container socket, platform secrets, or cross-tenant paths.
  • No public network path in the current Builder band.
  • No tenant authority to deploy Zinits platform changes.
