Beta access required

Your first steps in Zinits OS

Use this sequence after you receive approved beta or pilot access. Labels and available modules can differ by edition, role, and workspace configuration.

  1. Open your invitation or sign-in link

    Use the access link supplied by the Zinits team. There is no open public registration flow. If the invitation is expired or belongs to the wrong address, contact support.

  2. Confirm the workspace

    Check the workspace name and edition before adding records. PersonalOS is designed for individual work; BusinessOS adds team and operational modules.

  3. Learn the navigation

    Use the primary navigation to open Home, Agent, Inbox, Contacts, Calendar, Files, Projects, and Settings. BusinessOS may also show Estimates, Jobs, and Billing.

  4. Create a first record

    Start with a contact, project, or file. Keep test data non-sensitive until your pilot owner confirms what data is permitted.

  5. Review connections and Agent access

    Open Settings before connecting email, calendar, or an AI provider. Each connection has its own authorization and availability state.
